you feel that you have
an emergency that cannot wait, please go to
the nearest emergency room.
Please Note: Refill requests are processed from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. Medication refills will not be processed after-hours, on weekends, or holidays.
When you call to request a refill, please provide the following information to the
nurse:
- Patient's name
- Date of birth
- Phone number where you can be reached
- Pharmacy name & location
- Medication name and dosage information
If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to call our office at (479) 582-4647 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. If you have an emergency outside of our normal office hours, go to the nearest emergency room or call (479) 433-6116.
